We confirmed your package by USPS tracking number, but the package is no longer pursue-able since departed from Japan on February 1st. we are considering the package was delay for for some reason in USPS or whether has been lost. therefore we are going to ask USPS to investigate the package.

Please inform us if you receive the package and we will inform you the status of the package as soon as possible.
