original The publication that was ordered arrived the other day. Please attach the invoice for this order. A question: Berserk Vol. 22 was ordered, but it was not including in the order that arrived. Was it sold out? Also, Berserk deluxe 3 was backordered, when might it arrive? I have attached a sample invoice. I have used Amazon's VAT Calculation Settings from October. I cannot download July's invoice from Amazon, so I have made one with the same format. I have also attached the order details	corrected The books that I ordered arrived the other day.
