質問です
Berserk Vol. 22を注文しましたが、届いた書籍に含まれていませんでした
品切れですか？
またBerserk deluxe 3 はback order でしたが、いつ届けられますか？

私がアマゾンのVAT Calculation Settingsをしたのは10月です
アマゾンから7月のインボイスをダウンロードできないので、同じ形式で私が作成しました

Was it sold out?

I have used Amazon's VAT Calculation Settings from October.
I cannot download July's invoice from Amazon, so I have made one with the same format.

Good overall. I would consider not using passive voice in an email like this.　書籍 is 'pubications', but 'books' seems more appropriate in this case. Otherwise small mistakes (i.e. "including" should be "included").
