Original Text 横浜市は8月29日、「みなとみらい２１中央地区20街区ＭＩＣＥ施設整備事業実施方針」を公表した。同事業は、MICE市場規模の世界的拡大や横浜での開催需要に対応するため、横浜市のMICE拠点施設であるパシフィコ横浜の隣接地(みなとみらい２１中央地区20街区)に、MICE施設をPFIとして新設するもの。今後、同事業の設計・建設、維持管理を実施する民間事業者の選定を行なう。今回は今年12月の入札公告に先立ち、事業の実施方針等を公表し、民間事業者からの質問及び意見を募集する。	Translation On August 29, Yokohama city announced the "MICE facility development plan at Minato Mirai, Central District 21, block 20" The MICE facility shall be established as a PFI at the land adjacent to the already established Pacific Yokohama (Minato Mirai Central District 21, block 20), to support the global expansion of MICE's marketplace structure and to correspond with the demand for exhibition in Yokohama.
