保険の対応が出来ず困っています
日本の郵便局から米国に確認をしました
答えは「荷物の破損」の申請は「米国の郵便局から無い」という回答で困ってます

日本の郵便局の説明では、今回のEMSの破損があなたから郵便局に
出されると書類で自動的に日本に連絡されて私に書類は送られません
あなたの話と日本の郵便局の話の相違点があります
必要な事がダメージレポートの申請です

貴方が郵便局に行った期日。郵便局名(出来れば担当者名)その際の書類の番号などもう少し詳しくわかりませんか

Translation

I have not received the mail.
I am frustrated because I cannot file an insurance claim.
I confirmed with U.S. through Japan Post.
I am frustrated with the answer that they had not received a claim for a "damaged package" from USPS.

Based on what Japan Post explained, if you submit a claim for this damaged EMS to the post office, they automatically submit the claim report to Japan and they will not send me a copy of the claim.
There is some discrepancy between what Japan Post says and what you tell me.
What is important is to file a damage report.

Is there anyway you can give me more detailed information such as the date you went to the post office, the name of the post office (the name of the clerk if possible) and the receipt number of the document?
