As you can see on the image, it has a few uses and the stylus has not been replaced. It is a popular round stylus.
The original box is missing.

There is no bend of the cantilever and damper is in good condition, and it works well for basic sound production and right and left balance is normal.

To measure, calibrate the meter with standard pieces ( 2 pieces included) with known electrical conductivity
(IACS Unit %}, then measure the electrical conductivity of the unknown material and compare the value with that of the standard pipe and identify the unknown material.

With the included standard plate (value: 35.0), align the needle to the metal checker gauge at 35.0. Next, measure the other standard piece (value: 59.5) ; if the needle lines up with the 59.5 mark, the instrument is working properly.
