不良品ではなくマウントを間違われたということですよね？
返品理由が間違っていると思われるのですが、いかがでしょうか？

It was written in the reason column that "It's defective or doesn't work". However, the FD lens cannot be used for the EF mount camera from the beginning. It is not a defective item, but it means that you had the wrong mount, doesn't it?

It's defective or doesn't workとかかれてますが、もともとFDというのはマニュアルレンズですのでAFはありません。7DではAFは動作しません。もう１つのカメラMARKIIというのは5DマークIIでしょうか？どちらにしてもマニュアルレンズとしてしか使用できません。
「不良品」「動作しない」というのはAF以外の他の部分でしょうか？

With the 7D, the AF doesn't function. Is the other camera MARK II referring to the 5D MARK II? Either way, it can only be used as a manual lens.
