荷物の追跡を見ると4月13日からイタリアで処理保留中になっているので、DHLに電話で確認したところ、
荷物が書類の扱いで発送されていたので、税関で止められていると説明を受けました。

それにより、現在は送り主の書類を待っていると聞いたのですが、御社の現在の対応状況を教えていただけますでしょうか。
既に対応されているのであれば、催促する形になってしまい申し訳ございませんが、確認よろしくお願い致します。

Controllando la traccia, lo stato era "in attesa di sdoganamento" dal 13 Aprile.
Così ho chiesto DHL, e hanno spiegato che il pacco è stato spedito come un documento, così è fermato alla dogana.
Ho anche sentito che loro stanno aspettando i documenti dal mittente, così, potrebbe dirmi in che situazione voi siete adesso?
Mi dispiace se avete già finito le procedure, ma ringrazierei se mi aggiornate.
