As the next step, I would like to propose this term sheet and start negotiation. Although it was planned to attach A to D, I would like to first conclude this term sheet before concluding A, for the negotiation for conclusion of D needs to be done fast (the negotiation limit is until the end of this year). If we conclude the term sheet (even the concluding A is after concluding D), I believe the possibility of us receiving disadvantage is low, but would it be fair to say so?

誠に申し訳ありませんが、そのような分厚いガラスを製造することはできません。また、ガラスを切断するために火を使う場合は、厚みは 5mmが限度です。
気泡についてですが、私どもが製造するガラスには気泡は入ります。ただランダムで（特定の場所にできるわけではありません）、大きさもさまざまです（大きかったり小さかったりします）。

私どもは、そのようなキャニスター（容器）とフタを作る事はできます。↵
