アマゾンが販売を始めた件ですが、何度か調査中という連絡がありましたが、未だアマゾンから解答はありません。

私が心配しているのは、アマゾンが販売を始めるとアマゾンがSEOを操作できるため一時的には売れるようになります。
しかし売れなくなったとき、ページの編集ができないため販売が低迷します。
Razorpitもアマゾンに販売を託したため、最終的には販売が伸び悩むことになっています。


もしくは、中国の業者が直接アマゾンに送っているという可能性はないでしょうか？

Regarding Amazon having started sales, I have some updates that it's still investigating, but I haven't had the answer from Amazon.

What's I am worrying is that once Amazon starts selling, Amazon controls SEO and it boosts up sales temporarily, however when the sales slow down, the page is not able to be edited, and the sales goes down. Razorpit has ended up low sales because of the sales is consigned to Amazon.

My other concern, is there any possibility that Chinese manufacturer directly send the products to Amazon? In that case, the box will be broken and it leads bad feedback.

Regarding batteries, I think so, too, that humidity has caused leak.
Humidity is high in Japan. ( It has been raining these days too)

先日アンプが届きまして動作確認をしました。
電源を入れますと左chより、バリバリ、ゴソゴソと異音が出ております。
商品説明には片側のchを修理したと記載してますがなおっておりません。
ヘッドフォンを使用した際もはっきりと左chより異音が確認できます。
このまま使用することはできませんので修理を実施したいと考えております。
修理代の一部として200$ご返金いただくことは可能でしょうか？

I have tested the amp I received the other day.
When the power is on, cracking/breaking noise come out from left side channel.
Your description says that one of channels had been fixed, but it is not actually fixed.
When I use headphones, I can clearly hear noise from left side channel.
It is impossible for me to use this amp as it is, I'll have to get it repaired.
I'd like to ask you to bear a part of fee for the repair, which is $200.
Please let me know if you can kindly accept that.

I noticed that most of our competitors use brown glass bottles.

The reason why glass bottles are preferred, is it because they are better when considering quality control?
Do you think only advantage choosing PET material is its light weight?

本日「totals3」にバージョンアップをしたのですが、
日本語が使用できません
いつから使用できるようになりますか？

Appstoreの紹介では日本語対応も記載されていたためバージョンアップしたのですが、アプリケーション内で日本語を選択できませんでした

これまでtotals2を日本語で使用していて、databaseをtotals3に読み込むこともできません。

日本語未対応、totals2の日本語データベースが使用できないのであれば返金をお願いしたいです。
ご返答よろしくお願いいたします

I have updated to the version "totals3" today, however I cannot use Japanese.
Please let me know when it becomes available.

The reason whey I chose to update was that it said supporting Japanese in App store, but in fact, I could not choose Japanese in App.

I have been using totals2 in Japanese. I cannot even transfer database to totals3.

If Japanese is not yet supported, Japanese data base from totals2 cannot be used, I'd like to get a refund.
Much appreciate your kind reply in advance.
