実際にはTAに含まれる型式Bで2回しか試験サイクルを行っていません。

Customs　Clearance Detail という記載があります。

AccountNumber、Tins、Contactにどのように記載すればいいかがわからない状況です。

I suspect this is the part of ”Duties and Taxes" while I am not sure I am correct.
I can see the description of "Customs Clearance Detail".

She moved to another location in May.
Her address and related description written in the attached document is based on her location before April.
Her new address also is in London.

I added C88 for March and April as it was not enough.
