A bicycle pump was not enclosed in a box from begin with. I have not used the bicycle since I received it. It has been stored at one place. A bicycle pump would not move by itself. It was in the picture for auction but you disassembled them and shipped to me. You must have forgotten to pack the pump in the box. If you don't have it, please purchase one and send it to me.
First of all, it supposed to be brand new, but how come it is not in original box? Tires are worn out, there is dirt and some paint has peeled off. This is enough. Please be sure to send it to me.

I am very disappointed. I was not able to open the camera since I was on business trip and so on. I checked with manual mode and it worked. However, I went to a specialty store to make sure everything fine before I use it and then, the problem was found out. Did you check completely? I am fine with you reporting to ebay. I will report a claim saying that you were selling the thing different from your description. I am very disappointed but let's leave this matter to the third party. At CVS, they assign the amount of task which is unable to handle as an indivisual. In short, their system was established hard to win only with indivisual skill. Also when it gets closer to the end, the amount of task will be incresed to double. Therefore, we hypothesize that we will not be able to win unless we develop the skill as a team. Then, we have accumlated our experiences as a team and an indivisual by sharing my analysis method which I learnt through my internship as well as giving the pressure by setting up deadline for the task earlier than official deadline. As result, we succeeded to raise the skill as whole team and won the competition.
