また、バイヤーは商品そのものに対して満足していないだけで、私の過ちではありません。その証拠に、バイヤーが私に対して悪いフィードバックを与えましたが、アマゾンはその評価が間違いであることを認めて取り消してくれました。
バイヤーがクレームを提出すれば、アマゾンはそれに対して無条件で受け入れるのでしょうか？返品は受付けしますが、バイヤーの言い分もおかしいのは理解していますか？

Also, this is not my fault as the buyer is not satisfied with the item itself. For the evidence, Amazon recognized the evaluation is wrong and cancelled it in spite of the buyer gave us a bad feedback.
If the buyer submits a claim to Amazon, will Amazon unconditionally accept it? Though we will accept the return, could you understand that the buyer's complain is beside the point?

He had no history of regular visit to medical institution. After his previous doctor pointed out atrial fibrillation, occult blood-positive and iron deficiency anemia, he was introduced to hematology of this hospital as there is suspicion of heart amyloidosis and Waldenström's macroglobulinemia. There was no remarkable medical history for his family. Though recognized light edema on both sides for him, no abnormity in chest finding and neurologic finding. Concentric hypertrophy and tachycardiac atrial fibrillation were considered to be causes of acute exacerbation of cardiac insufficiency.

もし過去我々に共有頂いた回答の中のこの部分というものがあれば共有下さい。我々が受け取った回答をざっと確認しましたが、該当するものがありませんでした。もしAに取り込む必要がある費用なら計算を修正しなければなりません。Cの費用はBに含まれていると認識していた。しかしそれは1か月分だけだったので、1年分を改めて組み込む必要があった。またその情報は共有されていなかった。

We had recognized that the cost of C was included in B. However, it was only the amount of a month so that we had to take in that of a year anew. And this imformation was not shared for us.

コントローラースタンドがまだ届いてないからとりあえずPCのモニターに繋げて遊んでみたよ、Rally carは凄く楽しいよ！でもね…やっぱり実車のレースと比べてしまうとタイヤと路面の接地感が分かりにくいから慣れるまで時間かかるかなぁhahaha

I guess a person who become an owner of Red body will only display it in a corner of his/her garage, haha.
He/she must be a type that likes to show it off like "man, that's cool, isn't it?" rather than running RC, haha.

I have played it connecting with PC monitor as controller stand not delivered yet. Rally car is really fun! However...it will take a some time to get used to ground-contact feeling of tires as hard to graspe compared with actual car race, hahaha.

Now my wife is crazy for playing with it more than I am lol.
