２．もし解決策を提案するとしたら
まず広報に関して言えば、広報とは顧客が自社製品・サービスに対して良いイメージを持ってもらうためにする行動・姿勢だと思う。今回のJCペニーのｱナウンスメントによって多くの人が困惑・混乱したことを考えれば大失敗だと思う。このような失敗の解決策は、広報と、マーケット戦略部門でともに、どう顧客・市場に情報を発表していくか慎重な戦略が必要だと思う。
