there is some questions about the product purchase of your company.

I was deeply impressed with the product of your company and am considering to spread it as a store in Japan.

As the sales channel, making a specialized online shop, and/or selling them on Amazon would be considered.

At 12:22a.m on 17 November 2013, I sent a final mail to confirm if the customs costs 44£.
I was preparing to refund the customs upon receiving the confirmation.
However, there was no reply from the buyer.
Yet a sudden claim was filed, which surprised me.
It is a pity.
It is also strange that, the initial tariff which he told me was 44£ has risen to 45£.
As a Japanese, I will like to respond to this genuinely to the end.
I will wait for the final response from the buyer.
