送って貰った商品の数が足りません。

We have received an insufficient number of items which you have sent out.

Usually I purchase items weighing around 25kg to 30kg, but their shipping charge is around 20 Euro to 30 Euro. The PC software I wish to purchase is weighing around 0.34kg each.
