6月からキャンペーン販売を開始します。
最初のオーダーは7月か8月になる予定です。なので、来週発送してもらう必要はないです。
注文予定数はミニマムの50台。売れ行きによっては120台(FCL)の注文になるかもしれません。

早めにサンプルが欲しいんだけど、いつ送れますか？

商品Aの日本仕様について
・商品Aのフレームサイズは50cm
・ブレーキはパーツA。
・パーツBは外せないの？
・パーツCはそちらで付けれますか？

１．今回の人事異動については、ＩＢＭと契約を締結しているＮＥＣ―Ａに対して、ＩＢＭから正式な
説明をしてもらいたい。　
　　なお、トライアルの参加者である、ＮＥＣ－Ｂに対しては、ＮＥＣ－Ａから説明を行う。
また、ＥＲＰの利用者であり、かつ、ＩＢＭのアライアンスの候補先であるＮＥＣ－Ｃに対しても、
ＮＥＣ－Ａから説明を行う。

I have a meeting to Mr. Saito about the way of explanation to NEC regarding to Mr. Yamada.
I'll report about the result as follows.
1. Regarding to this personnel relocation, we would like IBM to explain formally to NEC-A which make a contract with IBM.
NEC-A explains to NEC-B which is the participant of the trial.
And, NEC-A explains to NEC-C which is user of ERP and the candidate of IBM alliance.

２．ＮＥＣ－Ａへの説明は、５月３０日（月）１０：００から行いたい。
　　ＮＥＣ－Ａからの出席予定者は、斎藤さん、ＩＢＭからは、トムさんが出席する。
（斎藤さんは、その日の早朝、海外から東京に着くのですが、お二人の予定に合わせて、午前中の打ち
合わせを快く引き受けてくれました。）

なお、当日のＮＥＣ－Ａへの説明のポイントは、従来からお伝えしている通り、２点あります。山田さんが辞任した後、８月に向けてのトライアルの体制の整備と進め方、及び、後任者の選定状況です。

2. We would like to set the explanation to NEC-A at May 30 (mon) 10:00.
The scheduled participants from NEC-A is Mr. Saito, and that from IBM is Mr. Tom.
(Mr. Saito will arrive at Tokyo from overseas on the early of the day, and he accepted the meeting of the morning in time with them.)

The point of the explanation to NEC-A on the day, there are two points as I said before.
After Mr.Yamada resigned, it depends on the maintenance of the trial system to August and the situation of the selection of the successor.

特に、後任者については、「直ちに決まらなくても心配はいらない。ＩＢＭ Ｊａｐａｎがこれまで通り対応すると同時に、IBMが全力を挙げてこのトライアルをサポートする。」と説明すれば、ＮＥＣも安心すると思います。
また、山田さんの早期退職の理由を聞かれると思いますが、「山田さんが希望したこと、及び、日本における顧客管理が必ずしも適切に進まなかったこと」という説明が良いかと思います。

日本には、“禍転じて、福となす”という諺があります。
今回の一件も、そうなることを期待しています。

Especially, as for the successor, if you explain "You don't have to need to worry if we can't decide the successor. At the same time IBM Japan handle with as always, and IBM will support this trial at all cost.", they will feel relief.
And, they maybe ask about the reason that Mr. Yamada left the company early, the explanation would be better like, "It was Mr. Yamada's request and the customer management in Japan has not always proceeded appropriately."
In Japan, there is a proverb "Bad luck often brings good luck."
I hope this could be same thing.

Mr.A and the manager of the workshop said it depend on the available of the raw material. So at the moment, I can not tell the exact day of the completion. I will tell you immediately the exact day if i know it.

A氏とワークショップのマネージャーは原材料が手に入るかどうかによるといっていました。従って、現時点では完了の正確な日をいうことはできません。正確な日が分かり次第、ただちにご連絡いたします。

大企業はベンチャーのように修正するスピードが遅い。

結果的にベンチャーの事業スピードが失われた。

日本特有の問題は特にないように思える。

最近、小さなIPOを狙うベンチャーが増えてきているように思う。

つまり、魅力的なベンチャーが少なくなってきているのではないか。

大企業は人材や評価制度も含めて変えていく必要があると私は思う。

It is the example that both of the companies complemented the things they don't have separately.
In case of Japan's company, they fixed the content of the co-working but it didn't go well.
A big firm repairs slowly like a venture.
The business speed of the venture was lost at the end.
It doesn't seem that they have a Japan specified problem.
I think the ventures to target a small IPO are increasing recently.
Namely, attractive ventures are getting lower.
I think that big firms need to change human resources and assessment system.

Of course. It looks to me like the box was possibly opened enroute. When I picked it up at the post office, one end of the box was opened and only held together by two pieces of tape. There was no packing material at that end. The box had much damage to it. From the damage I could confidently say that it was dropped from quite a height. However, the damage to the guitar is fixable. Would you like me to take it to a professional guitar craftsman and get an estimate for repair? That way, we would have a true idea of the extent of the damage. In the meantime I will hold onto everything and wait to hear from you regarding the investigator.

郵便局で受け取ったときに、箱の片端が開けられており、テープ２枚で留められていました。そちら側には梱包用の材料はありませんでした。箱は非常に大きなダメージを受けていました。ダメージから確かにいえることは非常に高いところから落とされたという事です。しかし、ギターへのダメージは固定的です。プロのギター職人に調べてもらって、修理の見積もりを取ってもらえませんでしょうか？その方法だと本当のダメージの程度がわかると思います。その間すべてを保留にし、調査員に関してお話を伺うまで待ちます。

自転車用ロープ、ゴム質の性能　

荷物をガッチリと固定します。
このゴム紐は最長に引っ張った時点に約3mになります。
荷物紐以外に使用しないで下さい。
ゴム紐は伸縮しますので、荷物を縛る時は跳ね返らないよう注意して、回りに人がいないか確認して下さい。
ゴム紐は、雨ざらしと日なたでは劣化が進み強度が低下します。6か月を目安にお取替えをおすすめします。
荷台からゴム紐が垂れますと車輪に巻き込みますので、フックを必ず荷台に掛けて下さい。
廃棄される時は、各市町村の区分に従って下さい。

Fix the baggage firmly.
This elastic would be 3m when it expands at the most.
Please do not use for except bandage for baggage.
Since elastic is elastic, so please pay attention not to bounce back on binding the luggage and make sure there are no people around you.
The elastic getting deteriorated on exposure to rain and sun and the strength has decreased. We recommend to exchange a new one for a suggested 6 months.
If the elastic droop from luggage carrier, it wind in to the wheel. So, please make sure to hook it on the luggage carrier.
When you throw it away, please follow by the classification of each local government.
