前回もお伝えしていた通り、3/4gサイズの商品の色が悪く、4/5gサイズ の色と全く違う色合いになってしまっているためクレーム多発しています。
販売していた 3/4gサイズの商品の大半が返品となり戻ってきており、残りの販売商品も会社の信頼を損なう恐れがあるため商品を自主回収を行いました。これにより多額の損害が出てしまっています。
このままでは私たちも安心して商品を販売する事ができないので、商品の製造工程や添加物の使用量など、再度打ち合わせする必要があると考えています。

As it was informed last time, the color of the product size: 3/4g was not good and far different from the size: 4/5g. This is causing many complaining.
The most of the 3/4g on sale was returned and also to avoid risking losing trustable business we recalled all the remaining products. This caused huge loss.
If we do not make any adjustment, we are not be able to have peace concerning the continuous sale of this product, so we are thinking to discuss again on the process of product production and the amount of the additives and so on.

Asuka Satomoto works all including lyrics/composition/arrangement, synthesizer, programming, engineering herself. The stimulus and poisonous pop music is her attraction. Not only the core fans are drawn to her music with female sensibility touch, she is beginning to be recognized by many others. The first music release by her own production, "Synthesizer Crusher" was a big hit and already sold out. She is also an active Dj known asCa and plays mainly her favorite Shibuya style music.
