この度、特定技能ビザの在留資格を満たした名古屋在住のインドネシア人男性が会社から内定をもらいました。（日本語テストN3、外食分野専門テスト合格済み。共に合格証明書あり。）今週か来週にSISKOTLKNでIDを発行の上、東京のインドネシア大使館で、海外労働者登録手続（届出）をしたいのですが、下記について教えてほしいです

・申請に必要な持ち物は何ですか？
・事前にアポイントは必要ですか？
・登録手続済証明（推薦状）は当日もらえますか？後日郵送となる場合、どれぐらい期間が必要でしょうか。
