お世話になります。去年ペイパル経由で商品を注文しましたが、決済側の何らかのエラーにより注文確定には至らなかった注文が2件あります。2件ともペイパル決済で既に引き落としのみかかっている状態です。ペイパルに連絡してキャンセルを何度かお願いしましたが、売り手側からしか手続きができないとの一点張りで困っています。以下にお伝えするペイパル決済IDを貴社にお伝えし、キャンセル手続きをして頂ければ返金されるとの事でしたので、以下2点のペイパルIDのキャンセルを希望します。宜しくお願いします

Thank you very much for your help! I have placed an order via PayPal last year, but due to some errors of the payment, there were two orders that were not finalized. In the both case, the money has been sent to your Paypal account. I have contacted PayPal several times to ask them to cancel, but they persisted that only the sellers could do it. So I send you my Paypal account ID, if you cancel the order, the money will be refunded to my account, so please cancel two following Paypal ID. Thanking you in advance!
