昭和中期の人形だと思われます。
日本では子供が生まれたときに人形をプレゼントされる習慣があります。
ひな祭りやこどもの日に人形を飾りその後は大切に箱に入れてしまいます。
年中出しっぱなしではないのでとても綺麗な状態です。
子供が大きくなると飾らないことが多いので人形は極めてきれいな状態が多いです。
あなたが人形を気に入ってくれて私はとても嬉しいです。

It seems to be a doll in the middle of Showa. Japanese has a custom to present a doll when a child is born. The dolls are displayed on a Doll Festival and/or Children's Day. And then they are preserved in a box. So the dolls is very clean. Dolls are very beautiful because they are not displayed when children grow up. I am very glad you to like the doll. I'm looking forward to another opportunity.
