この引合ですが、恐らく去年出荷済みのテスト品のことだと思います。

実は、A社にテスト品を出荷していたのですが、先方の手続き不備により、未だ費用の支払いがない状態です。

A社はB社の関連会社でA社の生産や品質面のコンサルタントの立場になります。
ちなみにA社の担当者は日本人です。
A社よりテスト品の依頼がありましたが、実際の発注はB社が行っているため、混乱が生じています。

お手数ですが、B社に本件がテスト品購入のことではないか確認をお願い致します。

About the issue, perhaps it seemed to be a test item already shipped last year.

A is an affiliated company of B. A has a responsibility for as a consultant for their production an its quality.
A person in charge of A is Japanese.
Though there is a request for test item from A, the ordering is conducted by B actually , therefore there might be confusing.
I am sorry to put you any trouble but could you make sure whether the issue is about purchasing test item or not for B, please?
