元気ですよ～…と言いたい所ですが、私はまだ病院のベッドの上です。早く退院したいですが、まだ当分入院していなくてはならないようです。
毎日リハビリが2時間半程あるんですが、嫌で仕方ありません。心臓の負担を減らすため、飲水制限があるのですが、なかなか守るのが厳しいです。

コンテスト入賞おめでとう！

I like to say I am fine but in fact I am still in bed in hospital.
I would like to leave hospital soon but I have to stay here any longer.
I am hectic so much about the rehabilitation for about 2 hours and a half everyday.
To ease the load for heart, I have an restriction of intake of water but it would be difficult to keep it.
