注記： 最初の書き出しはあったほうが良いと思いつけたしをさせていただきました。また、特に海外の場合名前を名乗るのが基本となるマナーかと存じまして名乗る部分を付け足させていただきました。経営者様のお名前を入れてくださると宜しいかと存じます。

売上部分に関しまして、○○億円が二桁であれば　○ billion になります。例えば3.5億円でしたら350 million yen です。
35億円でしたら 3.5 billion yen です。例文では具体的な数字がわからなかったので（二桁）億円と解して数.数 billion といたしました。
