仕事や勉強で忙しいのではなく、鬱病のせいで気分が鬱々して何もできないのです。
10月に入ってから、毎日のように気分が落ち込んで泣いてばかりいます。

Not because I’m busy for work or studying, but because of mental disease, I feel depressed and cannot do anything. Since October, I feel this way almost everyday and I do nothing but cry.
