仕事や勉強で忙しいのではなく、鬱病のせいで気分が鬱々して何もできないのです。
10月に入ってから、毎日のように気分が落ち込んで泣いてばかりいます。

It is not because of work or study which keep me busy, but because of depression I feel too depressed to do anything.

It is never been becuase of you that I feel depressed or not happy, please rest assured.
