実は、私は、御社から具体的な返信をもらえなかったので、下記の別のメールアドレスで、別のアカウントを開設できないかどうか、先月、試みました。

もしかしたら、私が、２つアカウントを作ろうしていることが問題でしたら、反省します。

To be honest with you, I tried to open up an account using a different e-mail address showing below last month since I did not receive any specific answers from you.

However, when I tried to create an account using the e-mail address above, I received the response saying " We have another account that may be yours, therefore, we are unable to open an account. " I suspected it as it shows the same passport number.

If this is a problem that I attempted to create two accounts, I would reflect on myself.
