今、貴女はそんなに辛い気持ちでいるんですね。
日本語スキルは、仕事の取引、接客や交渉程度のパターン化されたお決まりのビジネス英語ができれば十分だと私は思いますよ。
今までの私の上司のうち何人かは外国人で、彼らは皆日本語を流暢に話していましたが、あくまでビジネス日本語であって、ほんのちょっと微妙な言い回しなどになると、もう全然話が通じませんでした。日本人と結婚して何年も日本で暮らしている外国人達でもそうです。
中身の濃い深い話は私含めて友人と『英語で』話せばいいと思います。

You have really hard mind so much.
I think it is enough to have Japanese language skills about
typical business Japanese for dealing in business,
customer service, negotiation.
There are some foreigners of my previous boss and they speak Japanese fluently,
but it is just only business Japanese.
And if it comes to delicate expression, they can not communicate well anymore.
Even if foreigners who are living in Japan for long time married with Japanese wife.

I think it is better to speak English for delicate conversation with friends including to me.
