今、貴女はそんなに辛い気持ちでいるんですね。
日本語スキルは、仕事の取引、接客や交渉程度のパターン化されたお決まりのビジネス英語ができれば十分だと私は思いますよ。
今までの私の上司のうち何人かは外国人で、彼らは皆日本語を流暢に話していましたが、あくまでビジネス日本語であって、ほんのちょっと微妙な言い回しなどになると、もう全然話が通じませんでした。日本人と結婚して何年も日本で暮らしている外国人達でもそうです。
中身の濃い深い話は私含めて友人と『英語で』話せばいいと思います。

I am sure that the Japanese skill is enough to carry that you can use your language with some patterns for dealing with over the work, greeting customers or negotiating.
Some of my boss were foreigners and they fluently spoke Japanese very well but they only did just case of business with using some patterns, so that they also had problems when needed to explain some specific or detailed matters. Such a situation could be often even their marriage partners were Japanese for living in Japan for many years.
If you prefer talking more serious issue, it is better speaking between us as friends in English.
