私は今日、東京にある「三菱UFJ銀行」の本店に行きました。私が口座を持っている銀行です。日本で最も大きな銀行です（モルガン・スタンレーを救済した会社です）。その本店で、私の現住所が載っているBank account informationを、英文で出してもらえるか聞いてみました。そしたら、来週火曜日には英文でBank statementを出してもらえることになりました。2000円もかかりました。

それを提出することはできます。

そのほか、私が提出できるのは、下記です。

Today I went to the headquarters of MUFG Bank in Tokyo where I have an account. It is the largest bank in Japan. (This bank has bailed out Morgan Stanley.) At this main office, I asked if they can issue the bank account information in English in which my present address is stated. I was told that they are going to issue a bank statement in English next Tuesday. I had to pay ¥2000 for this.
