台風の影響は何もないので安心して下さい。
心配させてごめんなさい。

こちらの日中気温は20℃位で、秋らしく涼しくなってきました。
私も日本語教育の勉強を頑張っていますが、なかなか思うように進まず苦戦しています。

どうも気分が鬱々して、薬を飲むのですが、あまり効きません。
やらねばならない事や、読まなければならない本が沢山あるのに、時間だけが無為に過ぎていき、どれも手つかずです。

今日は祝日で仕事は休みなので、オカメインコと遊んでいます。
小鳥は最高の癒やしです。

the temperature during a day here is about 20 degrees , it is getting cooler and feels like autumn .
I have been working hard on studying teaching Japanese but it is hard to get what I expect easily.
I feel a bit down and take pills but it does't work well on me.
I have lots of things I have to do and books I want read but I 'm not so motivated to do them feel like just time has been passed for no reason.
I 'm day off for the public holiday today and am playing with my pet bird.　it makes me feel so relieved.
