あなたのご希望通り天気によって登る日にちを２５日に判断して、決行日を２６日か２７日に決めたいですが、その時期は毎日ツアーがあり、他の依頼もあるので２５日に登る日を決めることができないです。ごめんなさい。
２６日か２７日のどちらかに決めていただけるとありがたいです。天気が良くなることを祈ります。

特にトレーニングはいらないですね。１０００～２３００mはすでに標高も高いので高度順応もすぐにできると思います。ウォーキングを定期的にしていれば特別なトレーニングはしなくても問題ないです。

We will conduct your preferred schedule for the judgement of climbing on the 25th, we will decide whether 26th or 27th for conducting tour, but during the period, we are running tour everyday, due to other requests, we are afraid that we are unable to decide it on 25th.
For this situation, we will encourage you to make a decision on the tour to participate either 26th or 27th instead. We do hope the weather will get better for certain day.
Any of training will not be necessary especially. Climbing upto 1000 to 2300 metres, adaption for the high site might be gradually provided, because the height is already high enough.
You don't have to do any other training rather than usual walking in life.
