設定は、［点滅パターン］はランダムな速度切替、［点滅継続時間］は1分30秒、［休憩時間］は45秒で、［繰り返し回数（セット数）］は3回です。［点滅の速度（点滅の周波数）］と［速度切替の頻度］は、中央値に設定しています。開始ボタンをタップしてからスマホを額に置くまで、少し時間がかかるので［点滅開始までの待ち時間］を5秒に設定しています。仰向けに寝て、額の上に直接スマートフォンを置いています。ティッシュを1枚挟んでスマートフォンを置くこと場合もあります。
The settings are : Flashing pattern is for random speed selection, flashing continuously time is 1min30sec, rest time is 45sec and repeat times(number of the set) is 3 times.
The setting for flashing velocity, flashing frequency and frequency of speed selection is in middle. Once you tap the start button and place smartphone to your forehead, it will take a little time so that wait time until flashing start is set at 5sec. Lying on your back, placing smartphone to forehead directly. Sometimes a tissue is placed between you and smartphone.
