Regarding to Lilitales

Sorry that I haven't updated for a long time.
I resolved some problems in order to release Lilitales on Stream.

- Notification about publisher transfer
I have transferred the publisher where Lilitales belongs to from Frontwing to KaguraGames.
Actually, the contract with Frontwing made my work burden heavy.
I've just knew it from Lilipalace's release that it took long time to pass the examination of Stream and the process was very omplicated.
