貴方が荷物の遅延について、解決に尽力していることは理解し感謝しております。
それと同時に貴方は私が再販業者と知っているかと思います。

再販業者ということは私の受注は全て日本国内にいる第三者の下に配送されますが、荷物が遅れれば私と顧客信頼に非常に悪い影響を及ぼし多くのクレームを受けます。

荷物の遅延については貴方だけの問題ではなということを理解していますが、このように頻繫に遅れると対策を考える必要があると思います。

私にも商品を待っている顧客がおり生活があります。
対応をお願い致します。

I very much appreciate that you have been working for us regarding the recent delay on the items.
At the same time, I understand you know that I am as a reseller.
As I am a reseller, it means all my orders will be delivered to the third party who are resided in Japan. When the delay will happen, so many complains are coming if the bad reputation is existed for the customers.
The delay of items are not the issue by yourself but we need to think it over if so many case for this has happened.
I have a daily life and I need the customers satisfaction, relating that the customers are waiting for items. The any of delay are related to this issue so much.
Please work as fast as you can of this problem.
