貴方が荷物の遅延について、解決に尽力していることは理解し感謝しております。
それと同時に貴方は私が再販業者と知っているかと思います。

再販業者ということは私の受注は全て日本国内にいる第三者の下に配送されますが、荷物が遅れれば私と顧客信頼に非常に悪い影響を及ぼし多くのクレームを受けます。

荷物の遅延については貴方だけの問題ではなということを理解していますが、このように頻繫に遅れると対策を考える必要があると思います。

私にも商品を待っている顧客がおり生活があります。
対応をお願い致します。

We understand that you're doing maximum effort for resolving the shipment delay and appreciate it.
And you may know that we're reseller.

As being a reseller, all of my order will be shipped to the 3rd person in Japan, and if the shipment delays, it'll make a bad effect to the relationship between my and my customers, and I may receive many complaints from them.

I understand that the shipment delay caused not from you only, but I have to consider measurement if the shipment will be delayed so often like this.

I have customers waiting for my orders and earn my living from it.
