Once an individual or company becomes a dealer, the dealer is entitled to discount consideration on orders, shipping fees, and, on occasion, periodic specials such as liquidations and large quantities of discontinued merchandise throughout the year for merchandise purchased for resale only. Dealers are allowed to purchase merchandise bearing Cabela’s name and other brands not precluded by agreements with our vendors. If a customer is found to be collecting discounts on orders not purchased for resale, all Dealer privileges will be revoked and legal action will be taken to collect all monies owed to Cabela’s.

一度個人もしくは会社がディーラーとなると、ディーラーは注文、送料、そして時々行われる在庫処分などの定期的な特別セールや、転売目的として大量な購入商品に大幅な値引き商品を一年を通して得られる。
ディーラーはCabelaのブランドネームが付いた商品と、我々のベンダーとの契約書で除外されていない他の商品のの購入が許される。
もし顧客が、転売目的でなく購入しした注文品に割引をしていることが発覚した場合は、すべてのディーラー特典が剥奪され、法的処置としてCabelaがが被った被害額全額を支払うものとする。
