ですので、純水のほうが脱気しやすいということはありません。

考えられる理由は、

脱気速度は理論上2倍程度にはなると思いますが、実際はやってみないとわかりません。
あと方法があるとすれば、弊社と同様にバルブを通さず、直接脱気装置のホースをSinkに入れるやり方をするかです。
