日程遅れはご指摘の通りです。Gの情報提供遅れに加え、AからBを受け取り記録する作業に予定より時間を要しました。Cのエラーが多発した為です。今日中にはこちらの作業を全て終える予定ですので、別途日程調整させて下さい。またDについてはEを使うことでFと合意済です。日程調整完了後、日程変更と同時に更新版を送りたいと考えていますが差支えないでしょうか？また当方の口座にエラーが生じており、返金に時間を要しています。8/7までには手続を終え返金完了予定ですので申し訳ありませんがお待ち下さい

As you pointed out, the schedule has been delayed, as information provided by G has been late and it took some time to receive B from A and to record it. It's because of the multiple errors occurred at C. We will complete all the tasks by today and will arrange the date accordingly. Also, as for D, we have agreed with F to use E. After arranging the date, we'd like to send you an updated version if that would be okay. Also, there are some errors with our bank account and it will take some time to give a refund. We expect to complete the refund procedures by August 7th. We sincerely appreciate your patience with us.
