ペナルティというのは、納付した税金の額に誤りがあり、追徴課税を支払うのでしょうか？
それとも納税について不正があり、ペナルティを受けるのでしょうか？
これまで御社やvatglobalにお願いして納税をしてきました
弊社としては不正をしたつもりはありません

また追徴課税の場合、まだ受け取っていないvatmportから支払いは可能ですか？
税金は全て納めているのですが、vatmportは受け取っていないものが数多くあります。
そのあたりもHMRCの担当者はしっかり調べて貰えると助かります。

What is this penalty, additional taxation, is it due to difference in amount of tax filed?
Or is it the penalty for the fraud tax filing itself?
Previously, we have been asking your company and vatglobal for filing tax, therefore, we are not aware of any fraud tax filing.

As for additional taxation, can we possibly pay from vatmport, that have not been received?
We have filed all the necessary taxes, however, we have several vatmport not received.
It would be helpful if HMRC could investigate on this matter with responsibility.
