出品規約違反という理由で、6月6日に突然私の販売アカウントが削除された。
しかし、私は違反をしていないので、違反をしていない証拠を添えて貴社にメールした。

24時間以内に返信が来るとフォームに表示されているが、96以上時間返信がない状態だ。

貴社に催促のメールもしたが、返信すらない。
違反をしていないのにセラーアカウントを削除され、証拠を出しても無視をされている。

弊社は貴社のガイドラインを遵守しているのに、あまりにも不誠実な対応に失望している。
返信をいただけませんか？

My sale account was suddenly deleted in 6th June with reason of out of rule for sale items. However I did not sale anything out of the rule, I sent email to you with evidence.

More than 96 hours passed without any reply even though it is written that you reply within 24 hours after getting email.

I sent some email again but still no reply. This situation is that I had never broke the rule but my account was deleted, and my email with evidence has been ignored.

I am so disappointed with your rude correspondence even though I has followed your rule. Respond my email please.
