出品規約違反という理由で、6月6日に突然私の販売アカウントが削除された。
しかし、私は違反をしていないので、違反をしていない証拠を添えて貴社にメールした。

24時間以内に返信が来るとフォームに表示されているが、96以上時間返信がない状態だ。

貴社に催促のメールもしたが、返信すらない。
違反をしていないのにセラーアカウントを削除され、証拠を出しても無視をされている。

弊社は貴社のガイドラインを遵守しているのに、あまりにも不誠実な対応に失望している。

My sales account was suspended on June 6th because I violated the regulations regarding the shipping out of goods. However, as I did not violate any regulations, I am writing to you along with evidence of my innocence attached.

Your email indicating your offer came within 24 hours but there was no reply from you even after 96 hours.
Although your company did send an email to prompt me, no response email was subsequently sent to me. Despite this, you suspended a seller’s account and ignored me even when evidence was provided.
My company abided by your company’s guidelines. We are disappointed by your dishonest response. Could you reply us to clarify yourself?
