出品規約違反という理由で、6月6日に突然私の販売アカウントが削除された。
しかし、私は違反をしていないので、違反をしていない証拠を添えて貴社にメールした。

24時間以内に返信が来るとフォームに表示されているが、96以上時間返信がない状態だ。

貴社に催促のメールもしたが、返信すらない。
違反をしていないのにセラーアカウントを削除され、証拠を出しても無視をされている。

弊社は貴社のガイドラインを遵守しているのに、あまりにも不誠実な対応に失望している。
返信をいただけませんか？

My seller account was deleted on June 6th all of a sudden. I was said that I infringed the regulation.
However, as I DID NOT infringe the regulation, I send an e-mail to you with the evidence that shows I did not infringed the regulation.

The form says that I can get a reply within 24 hours, but I haven't gotten any more than 96 hours yet.

I send you an e-mail and urged you to get back to me, but I haven't even heard from you yet.
My seller account was deleted though I didn't infringe the regulation, and I was ignored though I showed you the evidence.
