運動習慣をつけることが健康の維持、増進に重要である。小児期は健康のために良い習慣を定着させる重要な時期でもある。
しかしながら、現在は社会環境の変化により子供でも運動に気軽に取り組める環境が整っておらず、またその方法もわからない事が多い。そのため運動の専門家である理学療法士により、身体活動を行う機会を提供し、健康問題や社会問題に対応していくことが重要である。
また、その重要性が指摘されながらも障害や疾病の予防に取り組んでいる医療機関は少なく、この活動により認知度が高まると考える。
It is important to acquire a habit of getting actively involved in physical activities in order to maintain or improve one's health. When one is still at a child stage, it is also an important period to acquire and establish a good routine for future health.
However in this modern society, due to social environmental changes, it is not easy even for a child to casually participate in physical acitivities and also often it is not easy to find out how. For this reason, it is important for physical therapists who specialise sport to provide opportunities for physical acitivities and make people prepared for health problems or social issues.
Also, even if the importance is often pointed out, there are very few medical facilities that are positiverly active in promoting prevention from disabilities or diseases. By promoting this activity, I believe the recognition will improve.
