昨日、コンテナ到着いたしました。
有難うございます。

数点気になる点がございましたので、ご報告です。

※1　梱包につきまして
添付写真のように商品に緩衝材の発砲スチロールが付着してしまい、
なかなか剥がす事ができません。
すべて、開梱して発砲スチロールを剥がす作業が必要となってしまいます。
次回以降は、商品+Bubble wrap+発砲スチロール+外箱　としてください。
（他に、良い方法がありましたらご提案下さい。）

I have received container yesterday.
I would like to make a report for some part as follows.
※1 About the packaging.
Referred to the attached photos, styrofoam as shock absorber was attached to the items themselves, and it is hard to remove them from the items.
We need to remove this out of all items affected.
Next time, please make it as Item+Bubble wrap+Styrofoam+Box.
(Please let me have any other ideas for this issues.)
