返信ありがとうございます。是非とも貴社の販売代理店として契約させてください。

貴社が求める条件は全く問題ないのですが、弊社は日本の個人事業主ですので（来年度から法人になる予定です）、VAT番号はありません。
後、trade certificateは日本のindividual numberの提出で宜しいでしょうか？
もしそれ以外に必要な書類がありましたら、教えてください。

A „normal“ distributorとしての契約を望んでいます。

There is no problem at all in the conditions you require, but our business is personally owned in Japan (it will be incorporated starting nest year), so there is no VAT number.
Also, is it okay to submit individual number in Japan for trace certificate?
Please let us know if there is any other document you require.

We would like to make a contract as a "normal distributor".
