新規に容器を製作することは、どう頑張っても貴社の希望納期には間に合いません。
既存の容器を改造することで、出来る限り納期を短縮しようとしております。
サプライヤーには何度も督促をしている状況です。
なんとか今週中に納期を回答できるよう、再度催促致します。

前も行った通り、Aの製作は設計変更が決まってから工程を止めております。
また、どう進めるか、方針が決まっていないので工程を進めることも難しい状況です。

前回はもう1社経由して販売したので、前回と同値でもA社は安いと感じると思います。

We sold via one more agency on the previous time, so I think A company would feel it cheap even if the price is same as before.
