新規に容器を製作することは、どう頑張っても貴社の希望納期には間に合いません。
既存の容器を改造することで、出来る限り納期を短縮しようとしております。
サプライヤーには何度も督促をしている状況です。
なんとか今週中に納期を回答できるよう、再度催促致します。

前も行った通り、Aの製作は設計変更が決まってから工程を止めております。
また、どう進めるか、方針が決まっていないので工程を進めることも難しい状況です。

前回はもう1社経由して販売したので、前回と同値でもA社は安いと感じると思います。

To make new boxes or containers, it takes longer time therefore it can not take time for the delivery promise. Using the current containers with slight change, will lead to deliver the promised period, even if though we are asking the supplier to do the best at the moment. We would like to once again ask them for delivering within this week.
As I said before, the production of A has been suspended since the change of designing. It is hard situation to go through how makes the things go and planning ahead is not yet decided.
We believe the A company offers good price even same as last time, because it was sold via another company last time.
