It is possible that the same thing may occur this time as well. Unfortunately, Amazon's fulfillment service has had problems with larger orders.
We would be glad to provide a tracking number for future orders, however, because we are using Amazon for fulfillment they only provide tracking numbers when they use UPS. When they use their own delivery service they do not provide an external tracking number we can share. Amazon only allows us to check tracking within our account (Pictures Attached)

我々は喜んで今後のご注文において追跡番号を提供させていただきたいと思いますが、配送にはアマゾンを使用しており追跡番号をお渡しできるのはUPSを使用する場合のみとなります。彼らの宅配サービスを使用する場合は外部追跡番号となり我々が共用することができません。アマゾンは我々のアカウント内でのみ追跡可能となります。（写真添付）
