従って，ランチの時に英会話レッスンを受講することを提案します。業務が忙しくても週に1度，ランチの1時間だけ英語の先生をつけ，実際に話す機会を設けることはできると思います。
業務中に実施することが大切です。これなら強制力があり有効だと思います。
また，同僚と技術的な話をする機会ももっと増やしたいと思っています。もっと頭の中にある知識をみんなと共有すべきです。
次に中期的な目標として国内，もしくは国外の技術的なカンファレンスで登壇することを目指したいです。

It is important that this is during business hours; this will force me to take this opportunity.
